Grandma's Oatmeal Currant Walnut Cookies
Sift: 2 cups Flour, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, - set aside
Cream: 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown
sugar, 2 eggs, then add 1 tsp vanilla
Add Dry to wet and stir to incorporate.
Add 2 cups oatmeal (NOT QUICK type), 1 cup
currants and 1 cup Walnut pieces.
12 minutes in a 350 F oven.
Packed and ready to go
